It’s officially SPRING!! To celebrate the start of the new season we put together a little Spring to-do list. For the first time in months Aaron and I don’t have any large travel plans…so I’m looking forward to enjoying our new home and spending lots of time outside. Tweet me @littlecitynaomi to share what you hope to do this Spring!
- Organize my pantry…I know, lame. Not the best way to start but I keep thinking about it, so let’s mark it off the list early!
- Bike rides…lots and lots of bike rides.
- WAIT. Let’s go back…rewind. Before we go on all those bike rides…I need new handle bars. So first things first: handle bars, then bike ride(s)!
- Plant a very small garden. Like some tomatoes and basil. We’re overachievers every year and fail miserably. I can handle a few tomatoes and basil!
- Take a trip to the coast. I desperately miss sand between my toes.
- Check out a winery in town that we’ve never been to. We tend to frequent our favorites so it will be fun to check out some new ones…maybe we’ll find a new favorite!
- Have an outdoor dinner party. Who’s coming over???
- Finish working on our front porch…we have some pavers to put in, ground cover and plants still to buy. Can’t wait to see the finished product! It’s been a work-in-progress.
- Cook and eat outdoors as often as possible. I love sitting under our little twinkle-y lights!
- Clean out our closets and donate to a local charity.
- Bring my new Fujifilm Instax mini instant camera with me more often. I love the tangible memory they provide…
- Attend a concert. Aaron and I used to go to concerts when we were dating all the time. I miss them so much!
- Buy lots and lots of fresh blooms to fill the house.
- Bring a picnic and bottle of wine to the lake for a romantic mid-day date. (Okay let’s do that more than once, every weekend??)
